Pops & Pastries FundraiserEach year, the Band & Orchestra perform in the late fall.  It is by far our the largest fundraising event.  This event, known as Pops & Pastries is held in the GPN Gym in a table side venue.  Pizza, Deserts & beverages are available to enjoy as various groups perform.  The annual event has a theme each year.  The music and decorations are based around this theme.

This is the largest fund raising event for the Program and it consists of many volunteers.  It is a very organized event that has a Chairperson leading the event planning and many “chairperson groups” that focus on a particular aspect of the event.

Below is a list of the main chairperson titles and a detailed “How To” write-up of what is involved to lead that “chair-group”.  There will be a signup sheet available during “Back To School” night as well as the trip meeting you can volunteer!  To learn more about each of the volunteer areas, take a closer look below at the groups and what they do.
